11月12日，艾伯特基金会北京代表处邀请中国现代国际关系研究院（CICIR）专家参与研讨，主题为变化中的世界秩序——中国与欧洲/德国视角，以现代院院长助理兼欧洲研究所所长张健博士为核心，参会的现代院专家有欧洲研究所副所长陈旸博士，国际政治研究所副所长孙茹博士，国际交流部副主任张明博士，欧洲研究所所长助理李超。此外，我们还邀请到两位德方专家参与讨论，德国联邦国防军大学政治学教席迈克尔·斯塔克教授，和平研究与安全政策研究所戈茨·纽内克教授，双方学者就中德对世界秩序的视角进行了友好且开放的交流。
