应艾伯特基金会邀请，德国国际政治和安全事务研究所（SWP）美国研究部Marco Overhaus博士、Sascha Lohmann博士拜访中国现代国际关系研究院（CICIR）。双方首先交换了对于美国国内政治局势的看法，随后集中讨论特朗普新政策给国际秩序带来的影响。讨论涉及安全、贸易等许多内容，双方一致认为，中国、欧洲虽然存在差异，但都要在气候变暖等全球问题中承担更多责任，保障全球秩序长久的稳定。
